My name is Tom Lawrence and each week I present you with:

  • Evidence-based training and wellness concepts

  • Ideas from the endurance and weightlifting world that you can apply to your own life

  • Actionable tips to maximise your physical and mental performance with immediate effect

All of this is presented with a hint of sarcasm from a human who has coached over 12,000 hours, ran more than 2000km last year and lifted an average of more than 2 tonnes per day last year.

Program Lead

Each fortnight, I will be releasing a new Program - be it exercise/training, nutrition or habit based.

These Programs will be available in an online library on Trainerize, available to purchase. These training programs will be downloadable on your phone. These training programs can be followed on your terms, at the click of a button.

Over the last 16 years, I have coached more than 12,100 hours and over 2655 people - I have hundreds of tried and tested, evidence-based Programs I want to share with you. The newsletter will be based on these Programs.

Each fortnight the newsletter will breakdown the:

  • Structure

  • Applications &

  • Lessons

Each Program has to offer.

If you like this newsletter for usable, evidence-based tips - this new format will enhance your experience.

Even better, I will be able to help you apply these lessons via my Programs.

About The Programs

My training programs will be delivered to your phone via the Trainerize app - literally, plug and play.

The programs will range from running to strength, and recovery to weighted mobility.

I have created, used and crafted hundreds of programs to help individuals like you reach your goals. I want somewhere to collate and store all of my programs for, well, me and my records! I also want somewhere to collate and store all of my programs for people who will find them useful - 2 birds, 1 stone.
