THE RUNNING COHORT

As this year draws to a close, the new year will likely bring a New Years' Resolution.

In 2022 - I celebrated my 15th year as a coach. I also ran multiple long-distance events, various triathlons, a 105km Ultra Marathon and more than 1650kms.
